Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants
- Manage Budgets, schedules and quality control
- Conduct feasibility studies and project reports
- Ensure compliance with legal and environmental regulations
- Manage acquisition, leasing and sales of hospitality properties
- Prepare financial models and assess ROI for potential projects
- Proficient in construction planning and latest methods in construction management.
