About the Role

Design is how we make ideas memorable. As our Graphics & Motion Designer, you ll build the visual layer of storytelling-shaping content packaging, social thought leadership, event and community branding, and motion assets, all grounded in a cohesive brand system.





What You ll Do

- Design static and motion graphics across digital and event touchpoints.
- Create templates and toolkits for the team to scale content quickly.
- Translate founder stories into striking visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
- Animate podcast titles, lower-thirds, intros/outros, and social cutdowns.
- Collaborate with editors and producers to ensure creative consistency.
