- Operate and monitor gravure printing machines for flexible packaging materials.
- Set up printing cylinders, inks, doctor blades, and printing parameters.
- Ensure accurate colour matching, registration, and print quality.
- Monitor ink viscosity, shade consistency, and printing defects.
- Check printed material quality and maintain required production standards.
- Troubleshoot printing issues and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain production efficiency.
- Follow production plans, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain machine cleaning, shift reports, and production records.
- Coordinate with quality, production, and maintenance teams.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per hour
