? Key Responsibilities:

- Design creative social media posts, property advertisements, and promotional banners.
- Edit property walkthrough videos, reels, and short-form videos.
- Create engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop marketing creatives for real estate projects and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver creatives on time.
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.

? Preferred Skills:

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Creativity in graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design and editing work is an advantage.
