Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of graphic design, video editing, and digital content creation, with the ability to develop visually appealing creatives that strengthen brand identity and support marketing objectives. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to create engaging visual assets for digital platforms, product listings, and promotional campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design engaging creatives for Amazon product listings, A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content), and Amazon Brand Store banners.
- Create graphics for social media, websites, digital advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit videos and create short-form content, including reels, promotional videos, product videos, and digital advertisements.
- Develop product mockups, infographics, lifestyle creatives, comparison charts, and visual assets that highlight product features and USPs.
- Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and other visual elements to enhance video content.
- Collaborate with content writers, category managers, and marketing teams to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure all designs and videos align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform-specific requirements.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity, typography, color schemes, and design elements across digital platforms.
- Optimize creatives and videos for different platforms, formats, and audience requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging graphic design trends, video editing techniques, social media formats, and e-commerce creative best practices.
- Manage multiple design and editing projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Skills & Experience

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work, video editing projects, digital marketing creatives, and brand visuals.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar software.
- Good understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, composition, and storytelling through visuals.
- Familiarity with Amazon product listing images, A+ Content, storefront design, and e-commerce creatives.
- Ability to create engaging short-form videos, reels, promotional content, and product videos.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand aesthetics.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, conduct product research, and translate ideas into impactful visual content.
- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- A degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Film, or a related field is preferred.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of motion graphics, 2D animation, and visual effects.
- Familiarity with Amazon and Flipkart creative guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and digital advertising formats.
- Experience with AI-powered design and video editing tools.
- Understanding of marketing trends and how visual content can improve engagement and conversions.
