Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing designs for digital marketing, social media, branding, promotional campaigns, and offline marketing materials. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency and creating engaging visual content that supports the company's marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

- Design creatives for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, catalogues, product leaflets, banners, standees, posters, and presentations.
- Create product packaging designs, labels, and promotional materials for building materials and construction chemical products.
- Design sales presentations, dealer communication materials, and project-specific marketing creatives.
- Convert marketing briefs into creative and impactful visual concepts.

2. Digital Marketing Support

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop creatives for digital campaigns and online promotions.
- Create visual content for product launches, brand awareness campaigns, and recruitment branding.
- Resize and adapt designs for different digital platforms and advertising formats.
- Support the creation of website banners, emailers, and other digital assets.

3. Brand Management

- Ensure consistency in brand identity, colours, typography, and design guidelines.
- Maintain and organize design files, templates, images, and other creative assets.
- Ensure accuracy in product information, content, layouts, and artwork before final release.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver quality outputs.

4. Print & Production Coordination





- Prepare print-ready artwork and production files.
- Coordinate with printing vendors, agencies, and other external partners.
- Review proofs and ensure quality, colour accuracy, and correct specifications before printing.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

5. Team Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and HR teams for creative requirements.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders.
- Stay updated on graphic design trends, digital content formats, and creative tools.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative and qualified design capabilities.

Required Technical Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Canva
- Knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual composition
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an advantage.

Experience & Industry Preference
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design.
- Experience in building materials, construction chemicals, real estate, manufacturing, or an advertising agency will be preferred.
- Experience in product catalogues, packaging, social media creatives, and print materials is desirable.
