Role Description The Graphic Designer role at AtoB Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

The Graphic

Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for print, outdoor, and digital media, including signage, branding materials, social media creatives, packaging, and promotional items. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with account and production teams, understanding client briefs, creating layouts and design options, refining artwork based on feedback,



and preparing files for print and digital output. The role also involves maintaining brand consistency across campaigns, managing multiple projects with deadlines, and contributing creative ideas to enhance client visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for print, outdoor, and digital media.
- Demonstrated ability in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout, ensuring clear, visually appealing communication across formats.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).
- Ability to interpret client requirements, translate them into effective designs, and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work is essential.
