Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer and Video Editor role based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will create and refine visual assets for digital and print channels, including graphics for marketing materials, social media, websites, and presentations.

Daily responsibilities include developing brand-aligned designs, producing and editing video content, selecting and arranging typography and layout elements, and preparing final files for deployment. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and project teams to understand requirements, translating concepts into visual solutions, and maintaining consistent branding across all materials.

The Graphic





Designer and Video Editor will participate in reviewing creative feedback, improving existing assets, and staying current with design and video trends relevant to the company’s services.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in graphic design and overall graphics creation for digital and print media.
- Experience with logo design and branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities.
- Proficiency in typography and layout, with the ability to create clear, readable, and visually appealing designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar).
- Ability to plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, corporate communication, and social media.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and the capacity to work within brand guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and meet deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a creative or marketing environment, especially in IT or professional services, is an advantage.
