About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Trainee to support customer enquiries, sales coordination and day-to-day business operations. Working under the guidance of the team, you will learn our products and processes while taking responsibility for assigned tasks.

No previous full-time work experience is required. Internships, volunteering and relevant academic projects are welcome.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and approved digital channels under supervision.
- Learn our planning toolkits and explain product features using approved information.
- Assist with lead tracking, customer follow-ups and sales coordination.
- Keep CRM records, spreadsheets and customer communication logs accurate and up to date.
- Support marketing and outreach activities, including preparing approved communication materials.




- Help prepare routine reports, organise documents and coordinate administrative tasks.
- Provide progress updates, ask for feedback and suggest practical improvements to team processes.
- Handle customer information carefully and escalate complex queries to the appropriate colleague.

What we are looking for

- A completed undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- Clear spoken and written English and a qualified approach to customer communication.
- Basic skills in email, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow-up.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback and work collaboratively.
- An interest in customer service, business operations, sales or international education.
