":" CRA is seeking Graduate Engineer Trainees to support our engineering and production teams. This role offers hands-on training in manufacturing processes, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration in the Energy and Defence sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

**- Assist in production, quality, and design activities.

- Learn fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
- Interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Support process improvements (5S, Lean, Kaizen).
- Coordinate across departments and prepare documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical,



or Process Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and engineering concepts.
- Positive communication, problem-solving, and learning attitude.
- CAD and MS Office proficiency is a plus.
