: Google Sheets Expert Job Title: Google Sheets Expert Department: MIS / Data Management Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Google Sheets Expert with advanced knowledge of formulas, data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet automation. The candidate must have hands-on experience with VLOOKUP and other advanced formulas and be able to manage large datasets efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and maintain advanced Google Sheets for daily business operations.

Use advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, FILTER, QUERY, and ARRAYFORMULA.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

Clean, organize, validate, and analyze large volumes of data.

Apply conditional formatting, data validation, pivot tables, and data sorting/filtering.

Automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency.

Link multiple sheets and consolidate data from different sources.

Identify and resolve formula errors and data discrepancies.





Generate performance reports and provide accurate insights to management.

Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.

Required Skills &

Qualifications Proven expertise in Google Sheets and advanced spreadsheet functions.

Strong command of lookup formulas, logical formulas, and data analysis.

Excellent knowledge of Pivot Tables, dashboards, charts, and conditional formatting.

Experience in MIS reporting and spreadsheet automation.

Knowledge of Google Apps Script will be an added advantage.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.
