Responsibilites

- Sujata is into IT hardware and software sales, BDE is expected to identify opportunities to sell Surveillance, IT hardware and software in the projects being tendered by the government clients.

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

- Searching and keeping a track of tenders that are going to come out or have already come out.

- Planning and overseeing recent marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.



Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

- Managing bids to be submitted on GeM portal (Government e-marketplace) Submit weekly progress, opportunities and leads reports and enter data within the company s CRM software

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree, distinction, from a top tier college and university, preferably in a sales, marketing, or business field. Excellent analytical and communications (oral and written) skills.

- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure and with deadlines. High degree of attention to detail Public speaking, research, and writing abilities Market knowledge and meeting sales goals
