Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Google Ads Specialist.

The Google Ads

Specialist will plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and other relevant networks to meet client performance goals. Daily responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy creation, bid and budget management, audience targeting, and ongoing campaign optimization. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, analyzing key metrics, and recommending improvements to maximize ROI.

The specialist will collaborate with the SEO, design,



and content teams to align ad strategies with broader digital marketing efforts and client branding objectives.

Salary : Upto 5 LPA

Qualifications

- Strong Google Ads expertise, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management.
- Proficiency in performance analysis and reporting using Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboard, and related tracking tools.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, SEO basics, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting campaign insights to stakeholders.
- Relevant certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Experience in an agency or digital marketing environment, especially in web branding and promotion, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
