TN Academy® – Government Job Coaching Institute is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage Google Ads campaigns, improve landing pages, track enquiries and support digital lead generation for government job coaching courses.

Work Responsibilities

1. Manage and optimise Google Search Ads and YouTube video advertising campaigns.
2. Handle up to 4 Search campaigns and 4 YouTube campaigns as per approved budget and business priorities.
3. Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, negative keyword management, location targeting and ad optimisation.
4. Improve course landing pages, enquiry forms, call buttons and WhatsApp enquiry tracking.
5. Work with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
6. Check and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and other relevant tracking tools.
7.



Track genuine enquiries, cost per lead, demo bookings and admission outcomes.
8. Coordinate with the SEO team to improve landing pages and organic enquiry generation.
9. Prepare daily campaign performance reports and recommend practical improvements.
10. Maintain proper account access, campaign documentation and work handover records.

Required Skills

- Practical experience in Google Ads and lead generation.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking and keyword optimisation.
- Landing-page optimisation and basic WordPress knowledge.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and identify poor-quality enquiries.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is an advantage.
- Honest reporting, good communication and willingness to work from the institute.

Selection Criteria Candidates must demonstrate their practical Google Ads knowledge, explain a previous campaign and complete a short technical assessment.
