Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer queries related to Credit Bureau services.
- Assist customers with credit scores, credit reports, and related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and qualified manner.

Eligibility Criteria

HSC / Graduate

Freshers are welcome to apply

6 months of BPO experience preferred

Good communication skills required

Shift Details

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM (10 Hours)
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
