Job Title: General Manager – Service

Experience: 8–10+ years in automobile service, preferably in a managerial role.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the overall service department operations.
- Lead and supervise service advisors, technicians, and other service staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery.
- Monitor service revenue, productivity, and workshop performance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations.
- Ensure proper workshop operations, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with the parts department.
- Achieve service targets and improve profitability.
- Maintain service records and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Mahindra service standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive knowledge of workshop operations, service processes, and automobile after-sales service.
- Experience with Mahindra or other automobile dealerships will be an advantage.
