Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Global Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in US recruitment and international talent sourcing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, identifying qualified candidates, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements efficiently.

The candidate should have solid sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills, along with an understanding of the US job market and recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based and global positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and manage interview feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job specifications, hiring priorities, and workforce requirements.
- Negotiate compensation, manage candidate expectations, and support offer rollout and closure.




- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance rate, and joining ratio.
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, talent availability, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable recruitment policies and employment regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in Global Talent Acquisition, US Recruitment, International Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition Specialist roles.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Familiarity with US job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in US time zones, if required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for US-based clients or international organizations.
- Exposure to technical, non-technical, corporate, or niche hiring.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, and sourcing analytics.
- Understanding of US employment practices and recruitment compliance requirements.
