We are looking for a Global Process Analyst & Designer IT (Accounting, Tax, Treasury)

As a Global Process Analyst & Designer IT (ATT), you are key to shaping and optimizing our global financial processes. You will analyze existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop forward-looking, tool-agnostic process designs that harmonize and standardize our IT landscape for Accounting, Tax, and Treasury (ATT). Your work will significantly contribute to increasing efficiency, preparing for system migrations, and consolidating our global IT infrastructure.

You’ll make a difference by:

1. Process Analysis & Documentation:

- - Comprehensive capture and analysis of existing "As-Is" processes and tool landscapes within Accounting, Tax, and Treasury globally and across various functions (including cross-functional E2E integration like Order-to-Cash or Record-to-Report).
- Creation of detailed process descriptions and visualizations (e.g., using process modeling tools) to ensure transparency and a common understanding.

1. Process Design & Solution Translation:





- - Development of standardized "To-Be" processes and translation of business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and implementation-ready concepts for IT and partners.
- Evaluation of tool landscapes, ensuring process designs support financial data integrity, compliance, and auditability.

1. Implementation & Rollout Support:

· Accompanying approved process designs through implementation, testing, rollout, and adoption to ensure intended business outcomes are achieved.
1. Support for Global Initiatives:

- - Active support and co-creation of global initiatives for process and tool harmonization, consolidation, and AI/Data Management.
- Facilitation of workshops with global stakeholders to build consensus and drive decisions.

1. Stakeholder Management & Communication:

- - Close collaboration with subject matter experts, IT architects, and project teams worldwide.
- Effective communication of complex issues and results to diverse audiences.

You’ll win us over by:

1. Education:

· Completed studies in CA/ICWA/MBA Finance
1. Experience:

- - Several years of practical experience and solid domain know-how in Accounting, Tax, and/or Treasury (absolute must).
- Proven experience in end-to-end process consulting, spanning from analysis and design to implementation, testing, and rollout support.

1. Technical Knowledge & Skills:

- - Strong background in tool-agnostic business process analysis and design, combined with a solid understanding of financial system environments (familiarity with SAP FI/CO concepts and/or other ERP’s).
- Solid understanding of cross-functional integration (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) and Financial Performance Management (FPM) / consolidation solutions.
- Practical experience in process management tools (e.g., LeanIX, Signavio, Visio) and an awareness of data quality, data ownership, and AI/Data Management in the ATT domain.




- Fundamental understanding of IT system landscapes and global organizational challenges.

1. Soft Skills:

- - Strong analytical and conceptual skills for structuring complex issues.
- Excellent communication and moderation skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- High degree of initiative, solution orientation, and intercultural competence.

1. Languages:

· Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Good German language skills are an advantage.
