Job Summary The Graduate Engineer Trainee will join Aquamech's Cold Storage and Cold Room business and learn proposal making and technical sales under the guidance of senior engineers. The role includes occasional site visits and travel for client meetings. We are looking for a fast learner who is hardworking, communicates well, and is comfortable with engineering basics and numbers.





Key Responsibilities

● Work with the proposals team on cold storage and cold room proposals for pharma, food, and logistics clients

● Learn to study client enquiries and prepare BOQs, costing sheets, and offers

● Learn basic refrigeration load calculations and equipment selection

● Coordinate with the engineering, drafting, and purchase teams for drawings and vendor quotations

● Visit sites occasionally for surveys and measurements

● Join senior team members in client meetings, with travel as required

● Keep enquiry records updated and track current cold chain projects as opportunities

Qualifications & Skills

Required

● B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related discipline (Mechanical preferred)

● Freshers are welcome. 0-1 years of experience is fine

● Good communication skills

● Fast learner, hardworking, disciplined, and self-motivated

● Analytical mindset and attention to detail

● Team player with a positive attitude

● Willingness to make occasional site visits and travel for client meetings

● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good to Have

● Basic knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, cold rooms, or cold chain requirements (GDP, cGMP)

● Internship or project exposure in HVAC, refrigeration, or cold storage
