- Design and develop medium voltage switchgears.

- Provide technical expertise on product performance and reliability.

- Conduct Type tests as per IEC standards for MV products at third-party labs like CPRI, ERDA, and CESI.

- Perform in-house verification and validation for medium voltage equipment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of V&V; activities.

- Develop and implement detailed verification and validation plans, including test strategies, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on product requirements and specifications for MV switchgear up to 36kV.
