We are looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager to oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, decision-making, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.

- Implement company policies,procedures and operational standards.

- Review project progress,timelines,resource allocation , and accountability across teams.

- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.

- Support management in strategic planning and business development initiatives.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimisation.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in the Interial industry

- Proven experience in managing multiple departments and leading teams

- Strong knowledge of operational planning,budgeting, and resource management

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
