Job Summary

Swiss Infra Ventures (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee business operations, manage teams, coordinate projects, and ensure the smooth functioning of company activities across Thrissur, Palakkad, and Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations and project activities.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Coordinate with department heads, site teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, operational performance, and cost efficiency.
- Lead, guide, and motivate employees to improve productivity and accountability.
- Manage budgets, operational expenses, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Identify business opportunities and support business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to the Managing Director.




- Resolve operational challenges and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor activities across Thrissur, Palakkad, and Kochi.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination between the management, office, and site teams.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of project management and business operations.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and responsibilities across locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and documentation.
- Willingness to travel between company offices and project sites as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA or B.Tech degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in management, operations, project coordination, or a related field.
- Proven experience in handling teams, managing operations, and achieving organizational targets.
