Role

Lead the hotel end to end — guest experience, P&L;, brand standards and people — to make it the market leader in Mumbai's luxury segment.

Key responsibilities

- Own the P&L;, annual budget and business plan; deliver GOP and owner returns.
- Drive RevPAR index, revenue strategy, sales and F&B; / banqueting growth.
- Deliver flawless five-star service; personally host VIP and UHNW guests.
- Lead and develop the Executive Committee; build succession and a solid service culture.
- Ensure brand standards, audits, safety, statutory and licensing compliance.
- Manage owner, corporate, government and media relationships.

Requirements

- Degree / diploma in Hotel Management; MBA or executive programme preferred.
- 18 years in luxury hotels, with 3–5 years as GM or Hotel Manager of a five-star property.
- Proven P&L;, owner-relations and team-leadership track record with a leading luxury brand.
- Pre-opening or MICE / wedding experience is an advantage.
