Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets. Manage daily operations across sales, production, procurement, finance, administration, and customer service. Lead and motivate store managers, sales teams, artisans, production staff, and support departments.

Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to improve performance. Manage budgets, cash flow, pricing, margins, expenses, and overall P&L.; Oversee inventory of gold, diamonds, gemstones, finished jewelry, and other high-value materials.

Maintain strict controls for stock verification, wastage, loss prevention, security, and insurance. Build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, corporate clients, and high-value customers. Ensure product quality, accurate pricing, proper certification,



and timely delivery.

Oversee marketing, promotions, visual merchandising, digital sales, and brand positioning. Ensure excellent customer service and manage complaints, repairs, returns, and after-sales support. Ensure compliance with applicable tax, labor, hallmarking, import-export, AML/KYC, and company requirements.

Review market trends, customer preferences, competitor activity, and opportunities for expansion. Prepare regular business, sales, inventory, and financial reports for the owners or board.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
