Role Description The General Manager Human Resources is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role oversees the full spectrum of HR activities, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, guiding Human Resource Development initiatives, and ensuring fair, consistent people practices aligned with organizational goals.

The role involves managing employee relations, handling complex employee issues,



and partnering with business leaders to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Resources will also lead HR analytics, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR functions at a senior level.
- Ability to design, implement, and update HR Policies that support organizational objectives and legal compliance.
- Expertise in Human Resource Development, including training, leadership development, and talent management initiatives.
- Proven experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management experience in a complex organization.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or related industries is an advantage.
