Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall operations of the hotel, ensure guest satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and maintain operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple departments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
- Manage and coordinate all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Human Resources.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle escalated complaints professionally.
- Monitor budgets, operating costs, financial performance, and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and hotel staff.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, statutory requirements, safety standards, and brand guidelines.




- Develop business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
- Review operational reports, financial statements, and performance metrics.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and recognition initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality operations, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, revenue management, and guest relations.
- Ability to lead teams, achieve business targets, and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong customer service orientation and business development skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and statutory compliance.
