Mobility: Candidates should be willing and available to relocate / work across project locations PAN India, as required by the Company.

Experience: 8 - 10++ Years

Qualification: A Postgraduate qualification and / or MBA in Operations, Project Management, General Management, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.

CTC: Competitive, commensurate with industry standards

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM(Working days and hours may be extended, as required, depending on project schedules, site conditions, critical execution requirements and business needs.)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an astute, high-calibre project leader to spearhead the execution of major Civil, MEP and Infrastructure works across marquee Oil & Gas and Industrial EPC projects.

This is a pivotal leadership position for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in a leading EPC organization, exceptional administrative acumen, and the operational maturity to drive complex, multidisciplinary projects from planning through successful execution.

The incumbent will serve as a critical bridge between field execution and corporate leadership, ensuring that projects are delivered with the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule adherence, cost discipline and operational excellence.

- Key Leadership Mandate:Provide strategic and operational leadership for Civil,



MEP and Infrastructure project execution across multiple sites.
- Drive end-to-end execution, ensuring adherence to approved budgets, schedules, quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Lead project teams, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Establish strong execution systems, governance mechanisms and performance-monitoring frameworks.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues affecting productivity, cost or schedule.
- Strengthen coordination between site teams, engineering, procurement, commercial and corporate functions.
- Monitor project progress through key performance indicators and provide timely, actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure effective resource planning, manpower deployment, subcontractor management and utilization of equipment and materials.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, safety and execution excellence across project teams.
- Work closely with the President of the Company, providing strategic inputs and ensuring seamless translation of corporate objectives into field-level execution.

- Ideal ProfileThe ideal candidate will be a senior EPC professional and proven execution leader with:Extensive experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial EPC and/or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong exposure to Civil, MEP and multidisciplinary project execution.
- A demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value projects.
- Excellent administrative, commercial and operational capabilities.
- Strong command over project planning, execution, contracts, subcontractors, resources and stakeholder management.
- The ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced project workplace.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- The maturity and credibility to interact directly with the President and senior corporate leadership.
- This role is suited to an execution-focused leader who combines strategic perspective with strong ground-level command, and who is capable of transforming project objectives into disciplined, timely and commercially successful execution.
