Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and curious General Management Intern who wants to learn how a business works across different teams. In this role, you will get the opportunity to work on different tasks and projects across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Accounts, and Product, depending on business needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new things, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on tasks and projects across different teams based on business requirements.
- Help with research, data collection, and preparing reports.




- Coordinate with team members to keep tasks and projects on track.
- Assist in identifying gaps in existing processes and suggest simple improvements.
- Help track business activities, maintain records, and update reports.
- Work on basic data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Assist with recent projects and day-to-day business activities as required.
- Learn how different teams work together to achieve business goals.

Requirements

- A degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and work with different teams.
- A proactive attitude and ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
