Role: Payroll Accounting Associate

Role Summary: The Payroll Accounting Associate is responsible for end-to-end payroll accounting activities, payroll reconciliations, client query resolution, compliance, audit support, and month-end close activities. The role requires solid accounting knowledge, payroll process expertise, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

- Process payroll accounting journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
- Perform payroll balance sheet and P&L; reconciliations.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
- Investigate and resolve payroll accounting variances.
- Respond to client payroll accounting queries within SLA.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with payroll controls and statutory requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvements.
- Monitor payroll KPIs such as accuracy, timeliness, and query resolution
