– Senior Dentist (BDS)

Qualification: BDS

Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities

- Diagnose and treat patients with various dental conditions.
- Perform Root Canal Treatment (RCT), dental restorations, extractions, and other general dental procedures.
- Handle patient consultations, treatment planning, and case discussions.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and costs to patients.
- Manage patient relationships and ensure quality dental care.
- Maintain patient records and follow sterilization and infection-control protocols.
- Support clinic operations and achieve patient satisfaction targets.

Required Skills




- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience after BDS.
- Robust hands-on experience in RCT and restorative procedures.
- Good communication and patient management skills.
- Ability to handle independent consultations and treatment planning.
- Valid dental registration with the relevant State Dental Council.
