- Valuable understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM business processes.
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, and/or production support projects.
- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of HCM integrations and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle Fusion Payroll knowledge is an added advantage.
