? Hiring: FX Trade Support – Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3–4 Years

Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Work Mode: Full-time

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

- Reconcile traders’ risk products and positions against firm books and records, and investigate and resolve breaks.
- Perform upstream and downstream system reconciliations to ensure complete trade flows.
- Monitor system error queues and investigate/resolve exceptions to ensure smooth downstream trade processing.
- Prepare funding balances for trading desks and perform post-funding validation.
- Perform FX vs. IRS reconciliation and Front Office vs. Back Office (FOBO) reconciliation .
- Handle LCH Forex Clear Fixing reconciliation .
- Monitor trade exceptions for the FX Options desk .
- Prepare and distribute exception reports highlighting issues requiring action.
- Process requests from Internal Trade Support teams to update internal mainframe systems.
- Identify process gaps, risks,



and errors and proactively escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

Essential Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in FX, Foreign Exchange, Middle Office, Trade Support, or Reconciliation .
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and reconciliation processes.
- Robust numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of FX products, FX Options, IRS, LCH clearing, and funding processes .
- Experience in FOBO reconciliation and trade exception management.
- Understanding of upstream/downstream system flows.
- Experience working with internal trade support or middle-office teams.
