Role Description

- Convert confirmed orders and customisation details into clear production instructions
- Prepare daily and weekly plans covering manpower, materials and delivery commitments
- Supervise frame-making, foam work, cutting, stitching, upholstery and finishing
- Check quality at each stage and resolve defects before final inspection




- Coordinate with factory administrator on material availability, stock and consumables
- Identify delays early and execute recovery plans
- Reduce rework, material wastage and avoidable production costs
- Coordinate QC-approved handover to the delivery team
- Maintain an updated order tracker and share concise progress reports, blockers and next actions

What we’re looking for
- At least 1 years of relevant furniture production experience, including direct worker supervision
- Solid practical knowledge of sofa construction, upholstery materials and finishing standards
- Ability to interpret measurements, drawings and customisation requirements
- Confidence in allocating work, enforcing quality and resolving shop-floor issues independently
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills and disciplined reporting
- A reliable, accountable approach to meeting commitments
