Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management from a reputed institute.
- Graduates from reputed IHMs and other recognized hospitality institutions will be preferred.
- Strong academic background and sound knowledge of Food Production are essential.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct theoretical and practical classes for students in the Food Production department.
2. Demonstrate various cooking techniques, culinary methods, and kitchen operations.
3. Teach Indian, Continental, and other international cuisines.
4. Guide students in food preparation, presentation, portion control, and kitchen hygiene.
5. Ensure proper implementation of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
6. Prepare lesson plans,



practical schedules, and academic assessments.
7. Conduct practical examinations and evaluate student performance.
8. Maintain kitchen equipment, inventory, and departmental records.
9. Mentor students and prepare them for industry internships and professional careers.
10. Stay updated with current culinary trends and industry practices.
