We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python-based backend frameworks such as Django and FastAPI, along with hands-on experience in React.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications while contributing to end-to-end product development.

The candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, experience building RESTful APIs, and practical experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). A collaborative mindset, problem-solving ability, and passion for building customer-centric products are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python (Django/FastAPI) and React.js.

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs.

- Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies.

- Own end-to-end feature development, from requirements analysis and API design to UI implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Apply software engineering best practices, design patterns, and object-oriented programming principles to build maintainable solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams using agile methodologies, lean practices, and design thinking.

- Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot technical issues, and continuously improve application quality.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering excellence and team growth.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

- Experience:



5-8 years of relevant software development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in Django and/or FastAPI.

- Solid hands-on experience with React.js for developing modern, responsive user interfaces.

- Strong experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Good understanding of full-stack architecture and frontend-backend integration.

- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as the primary cloud platform.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

- Experience with relational databases and database integration.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Willingness to work from Bangalore or relocate to Bangalore.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience working with Microsoft Azure or AWS, depending on project requirements.

- Familiarity with data processing and analytics libraries such as Pandas and PySpark.

- Experience with frontend state management tools such as Redux and Context API.

- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling and frontend development practices.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment practices.

- Solid understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles.

- A product-oriented and customer-centric mindset.

- Experience working with cross-border and geographically distributed engineering teams.
