Primary Focus: Must be a strong Node.js specialist. This is the core backend technology for the role. Basic understanding of at least one (plus solid Node) is sufficient. Windsurf (AI tool) is used internally, which handles much of the heavy lifting for these languages.
The Project: Building out the backend for an internal UI application. Build robust RESTful/GraphQL APIs, manage seamless database integration, and ensure high availability across the entire software stack.
