Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor based in Bengaluru. The role involves conceptualizing and designing visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing collateral, social media creatives, banners, brochures, and in-center communication materials.

The Graphic

Designer and Video Editor will plan, shoot (where needed), and edit video content such as promotional videos, testimonials, educational content, and social media reels that convey Sri Sri Wellbeing’s wellness offerings and brand story.

Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and wellness teams to understand campaign objectives,



maintaining brand consistency across all visual outputs, managing multiple design and video projects, and preparing files for production and publishing. The role may also include adapting designs for different platforms, optimizing videos for various formats, and contributing creative ideas to enhance audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphic Design, including Graphics and Typography, with the ability to create explicit, aesthetically pleasing visual communication.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, ensuring consistent brand identity across digital and print touchpoints.
- Proficiency in video editing, including assembling footage, adding motion graphics, sound, and color correction, using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent platforms.
- Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work relevant to marketing, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and an understanding of social media trends and digital content formats.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
