Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end development of features across frontend and backend.

- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.

- Ensure high performance, security, and reliability in production systems.

- Work closely with Product & Design teams to deliver polished user experiences.

- Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and efficiency.





- Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to technical discussions.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js/Express.js.

- Hands-on expertise with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or similar tools.

- Ability to take ownership of modules and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Positive to Have

- Exposure to AWS / GCP / Azure cloud environments.

- Experience with real-time communication (WebRTC, WebSockets, Socket.IO).

- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Contribution to open-source projects or developer tools.
