About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive full-stack development, guide the engineering team, manage deployments, and provide technical guidance to business stakeholders. Our organization delivers both software products and client-specific technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead frontend and backend development, application architecture, API integrations, and database design.

· Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure timely delivery.

· Manage application deployment, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production troubleshooting.





· Prepare deployment guides, technical documentation, and application setup procedures.

· Advise business leads on technical feasibility, technology selection, solution design, effort estimation, and implementation strategies.

· Own the application lifecycle from requirements and development to deployment and maintenance.

Required Technical Skills

· Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js or Angular, HTML5, CSS3.

· Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django)

· Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

· APIs & Integrations: REST APIs, third-party integrations, authentication, and system integration.

· Infrastructure & DevOps: AWS, Azure, or GCP; Linux servers; Docker; CI/CD; Git; application hosting and deployment.

· Engineering: Application architecture, debugging, testing, security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Ideal Candidate A hands-on technical leader who can code alongside the team, mentor developers, own deployments, resolve complex technical challenges, and translate business requirements into reliable technology solutions.
