Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js (60% focus) and Java (40% focus). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience building responsive, scalable user interfaces using React.js and developing robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Candidates must have mandatory experience in both React.js and Java, with stronger proficiency in frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development – React.js (60%)

- Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
- Build reusable UI components and maintain scalable frontend architecture.
- Work with JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend libraries.
- Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or similar tools.
- Integrate REST APIs with React-based applications.
- Optimize frontend performance, application loading speed, and user experience.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers.

Backend Development – Java (40%)
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with object-oriented programming,



collections, exception handling, and multithreading concepts.
- Integrate applications with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and application troubleshooting.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in React.js – primary skill (60%).
- Strong hands-on experience in Java – secondary skill (40%).
- JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
- Frontend-backend integration.
- SQL and relational databases.
- Git or other version control tools.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Redux Toolkit or Context API.
- TypeScript.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Must have practical, hands-on experience in both React.js and Java.
