Job Summary

Job Title: Frontend Developer - React / TypeScript

Location: Pune

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Hooks, Context API, and reusable component patterns.

- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, WebSocket-based services, and real-time messaging platforms.

- Contribute to the modernization and maintenance of existing frontend components, including legacy AngularJS applications where required.

- Work with up-to-date frontend build tools, package managers, browser APIs, testing frameworks, and debugging tools.

- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent to accelerate development, testing, debugging, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.

- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of frontend engineering practices.

- Take ownership of features from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.

Qualifications & Required Skills

- 5-8 years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, browser APIs, and component design.





- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and real-time/WebSocket-based services.

- Experience with modern frontend build tooling, automated testing, Git-based development, and production troubleshooting.

- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day engineering workflows.

- Ability to independently understand existing codebases and collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Skills

- React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

- React Hooks, Context API, state management, and reusable component design.

- REST API integration, asynchronous programming, and WebSocket-based communication.

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.

- Frontend build tools, Git, automated testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Good to Have Skills

- Experience with Centrifugo or similar real-time messaging technologies.

- Experience maintaining or modernizing AngularJS applications.

- Exposure to browser extensions, service workers, Playwright, MSW, pnpm, Vite, or Webpack.

- Knowledge of browser-based ML technologies such as ONNX Runtime Web, WebAssembly, or WebGPU.

- Experience developing AI-enabled features or integrating AI/ML models, LLMs, or AI services into production applications.
