About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with strong AngularJS (1.x) expertise and hands-on experience with modern Angular (2+). You will enhance and maintain our existing mobile application, develop new features, and contribute to the gradual modernization of our frontend stack. The role involves end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and direct communication with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain features in our AngularJS-based mobile application while contributing to modern Angular development.
- Build responsive, reusable, and accessible UI components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Integrate frontend functionality with RESTful APIs and manage application state and data flow.
- Handle assigned tasks from requirements clarification through development, testing, and delivery.
- Investigate and resolve cross-browser and cross-device issues, AngularJS digest-cycle errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and participate in peer reviews.
- Collaborate with backend developers, QA, and distributed teams, communicating progress, risks, and blockers.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- At least 2 years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of AngularJS (1.x), including scopes, directives, services, and the digest cycle.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (2+), including components, services, RxJS, routing, and reactive or template-driven forms.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests and errors.
- Understanding of responsive layouts and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
- Experience using Git and collaborative development practices.
- Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English, with confidence communicating directly with international clients.
- Willingness to work from our Pune office five days a week during the initial few months.

Positive to Have
- Familiarity with .NET technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, or Web API.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT for coding, debugging, and code review.

Work Arrangement This position is based in Pune. Working from the office five days per week is required during the initial few months. A hybrid arrangement may be considered thereafter, depending on role responsibilities, performance, and business needs.
