We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front-desk operations and provide assistance to visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and English, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.
- Manage front-desk activities and respond to visitor inquiries.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.





Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Professional conduct, a positive attitude, and robust coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
