Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive at Shilton Hospitality Pvt Ltd, located inShilton Dee Cee Hotel Chennai . The responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, handling front office operations, responding to guest queries, assisting with customer service tasks, and ensuring a smooth and professional front-desk experience for visitors and guests.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently




- Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
- Maintain guest records and update details accurately in the system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure proper handling of cash, billing, and invoices (if applicable)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures
- Assist with reservations, room allocations, and daily reports

Skills & Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented with a pleasant personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS systems preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
