we are looking for "freshers as well as experienced (1-3 years) front desk professionals" welcoming representatives to handle all receptionists and clerical duties at our Property. You will be the company's "face" to all visitors. The goal is to make our guests and visitors feel welcome and appreciated while they are on our property. Food and lodging will be provided from our side.

Responsibilities

- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservation
- Inform customers about the method of payment and verify their credit card details
- Welcome guests on their arrival and assign rooms
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate
- SHOULD BE ADAPTABLE WITH LOCATION

Education and professional qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills




- Working knowledge of computer software
- Educational background: Hospitality graduate or postgraduate

Location - KASOL & MANALI Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
