Bridging Technologies is hiring for Front End Developer

You will own the user-facing layer of our web product, turning design mockups into fast,

accessible,responsive Angular screens. You will work closely with designers, product managers and backend engineers, and you will be expected to question a design when it does not work for the user, not only implement it. This is a hands-on role: you write the code, review it, and care how it looks and behaves on every screen size.

Job Responsibilities:-

● Build and maintain web applications in Angular using components, modules,

services, routing and reactive forms.

● Convert Figma or Sketch designs into pixel-accurate, semantic HTML5 and maintainable CSS/SCSS.

● Make every screen responsive across mobile, tablet and desktop, and consistent across modern browsers.

● Contribute to UX decisions: user flows, wireframes, layouts and interaction details,

with input from product and design.

● Create and maintain reusable UI components and follow (or help build) a design system.

● Integrate REST APIs and handle loading, error and empty states cleanly.

● Improve performance: bundle size, lazy loading, rendering speed and Core Web

Vitals.

● Meet accessibility standards (WCAG): keyboard navigation, focus states, contrast,

ARIA where needed.

● Write unit tests, take part in code reviews, and keep code readable for the next developer.

● Work in sprints with designers, QA and backend engineers; give clear status and flag blockers early.

Skills Required:-

● HTML5 and CSS3: semantic markup, Flexbox, Grid,



media queries, SCSS/SASS, and

BEM or a similar naming approach.

● Angular (v12 or higher): TypeScript, components, directives, services, dependency injection, RxJS observables, routing, and template-driven and reactive forms.

● UI/UX: understanding of user-centred design, wireframing, prototyping, visual hierarchy, spacing and typography; able to explain design choices.

● Design tools: working knowledge of Figma (or Adobe XD / Sketch) to read specs,

inspect assets and give design feedback.

● JavaScript (ES6 ): solid fundamentals, plus working use of Git, npm and browser

DevTools.

● Responsive and cross-browser work: mobile-first approach, tested across Chrome,

Safari, Firefox and Edge.

Good to have

● State management with NgRx or a similar library, Angular Material, Bootstrap or

Tailwind CSS.

● Unit and end-to-end testing with Jasmine, Karma, Jest or Cypress.

● Experience building or contributing to a design system or component library.

● Basic knowledge of animation, SVG and micro-interactions.

● Familiarity with Agile or Scrum, and tools such as Jira.

● Knowledge of CI/CD basics and frontend performance auditing (Lighthouse).

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
