Role

The incumbent will be responsible for processing claims in the US

Healthcare domain. They will use various tools to complete transactions and ensure timely processing. This role requires effective and accurate handling of jobs to meet service level agreements.

Job Responsibilities

- Understand and follow established processes and guidelines for

claim initiation and adjudication in the US Healthcare domain.
- Utilize various tools and systems to process claims, including data

entry, verification, and validation of information.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims, adhering to

service level agreements and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation and records for each claim

processed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as providers,

payers, and other stakeholders, to resolve queries or issues related to claims.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay abreast of

changes in policies, regulations, and best practices in the US Healthcare domain.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance
