We are looking for highly proficient French-speaking professionals (C1 Certified) with experience in international voice support. The candidate will handle customer interactions in French, provide excellent customer service, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience while adhering to quality and process standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions in French via voice support.

- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively.

- Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining SLAs and KPIs.

- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.

- Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

- Maintain customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Mandatory Requirements

- French Language Certification – C1 Level (Mandatory)

- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.

- Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working from office (5 days a week).

- Immediate to short notice joiners preferred.
