Company Overview The Migration Company (TMC) is looking for a passionate and experienced French Language Trainer with C1-level proficiency or certification to deliver high-quality French language training to working professionals.

Requirements

- Strong willingness and ability to support administrative and operational activities alongside training responsibilities, including batch coordination, scheduling, learner communication, attendance tracking, documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams.
- Proven experience in delivering structured French language training from A1 to B2 levels, preferably to adult, professional, or corporate learners.
- Strong ability to conduct engaging and interactive online live sessions while effectively supporting self-paced learning.
- Ability to develop and adapt lesson plans, learning materials, activities, assignments, and assessments based on learner needs.
- Strong learner-support and communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and individual guidance.
- Ability to monitor and maintain accurate records of learner attendance, participation, progress, assessments, and performance.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage batch-related activities and ensure smooth day-to-day program delivery.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with trainers, learners, and internal academic and operations teams.




- Flexibility to adapt teaching approaches to different proficiency levels, professional backgrounds, and learning needs.
- Proactive approach to identifying learner challenges and coordinating timely interventions and support.
- Valuable proficiency in English for professional communication and coordination with internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience candidates should have:

- C1-level French certification or above from a recognised institution, and/or
- A Master’s-level qualification in French or French Studies
- Have experience in teaching French as a foreign language to working professionals, or corporate learners.
- Strong command of communicative, professional, and workplace French.
- Strong online teaching and digital learning skills.
- Ability to develop structured French learning materials and support self-directed learning.
- Experience in batch coordination, learner administration, and training-related reporting is an added advantage.
