Freight Sales Manager

Location: Pune

Industry: Freight Forwarding / Shipping & Logistics

Experience: 5–10 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate new business in Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL) and Air Freight (Import/Export).
- Acquire recent customers and develop existing accounts.
- Achieve monthly sales and gross profit (GP) targets.
- Negotiate freight rates and coordinate with pricing and operations teams.
- Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Experience in freight forwarding sales and customer acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of ocean and air freight, trade lanes, and logistics solutions.
- Proven track record in GP generation and business development.

Interested candidates can share their updated CV with current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, monthly GP, ocean TEUs, and air freight tonnage. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
